We can handle the entire Form 4 if Hickory Hill Arms is your transferring dealer. Otherwise, we’ll ship to your selected FFL/SOT (Form 3) and assist them as needed.

Transfer fees: - Dealer transfer fees are set by the dealer and are not included in our price.

Compliance note: - Buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.

Cancellation Deadline: NFA orders may only be cancelled prior to the submission of required paperwork to the ATF (This includes the Form 3 to your dealer)

Cancellation Fee: In the event of order cancellation, a 25% processing and restocking fee will apply. 

Once paperwork has been submitted to the ATF, no cancellations will be allowed, and all purchases of NFA items shall be considered final.
